WCB's Across Canada have they committed CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY ?

The Workers Compensation Boards of Canada and possibly those on the international scale; along with the Politicians that have protected them, are in Violation of Crimes Against Humanity.

Crimes against humanity, as defined by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Explanatory Memorandum, "are particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. Murder, extermination, torture, rape, political, racial, or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice. Isolated inhumane acts of this nature may constitute grave infringements of human rights, or depending on the circumstances, war crimes, but may fall short of falling into the category of crimes under discussion."

For the purpose of this Statute, "crime against humanity" means any of the following acts when committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against any civilian population, with knowledge of the attack

(h) Persecution against any identifiable group or collectivity on political, racial, national, ethnic, cultural, religious, gender as defined in paragraph 3, or other grounds that are universally recognized as impermissible under international law, in connection with any act referred to in this paragraph or any crime within the jurisdiction of the Court;

(k) Other inhumane acts of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health.

For more information on how injured workers are treated in this Country just do a search on injured workers or WCB/WSIB, you will find many horror stories of injured being denied proper medical care, physical and mental abuse, threats, fraud, manipulation of files and WCB's misuse of power that was wrongfully given to them in the name of the employer.
WCB's in Canada are protected by a judicial immunity, however that does not apply to International Law, nor does it protect Politicians . As for who gets punished is not up to me but up to the Courts that make the rulings, as WCB's and the Politicians, are National.
I look forward to the threats and intimidation that will be forth coming,as WCB has demonstrated prior and does practice; I WILL meet it with great enthusiasm, it will only give me more strength and determination. Nothing in this world will please me more then to watch a giant fascist organization come crumbling down.

I love your tenacity in looking forward to their threats and intimidation etc. I suppose you just get to the point of being so abused, you stand tall and fight. I am working on that very same attitude with what WSIB has done to me. I have just reached acceptance regarding what has happened to me so that is the next step...thank you so much for your kind comment on my blog regarding acceptance.
Take care,
Jeannette

Here is the problem for 2 days I have been reading the horror stories and that is what they are. The only problem is were all fighting on our own. We need to pick a date all get togeather so we can go to war with an army. I have a facility free of charge that we could meet get our MLA maybe some Doctors as the ones that wcb does not own yet or sick of it to. If they give a medical assesment and its not in favor of wcb they dont accept it. The case worker seems to have more knowledge then the specialist with no medical training it is a joke. The people that get fed up and commit suicide were actully murdered but thier murders will never be tried. Email wcbjustice@gmail.com

Some in this world, care for fellow man,
Some in this world, care and take a stand,
Some in this world, collect and they hoard,
Those ones are known, as the workers compensation board...

Some in this world, get injured at work,
Some in this world, end up dealing with a jerk,
Some in this world, hope to someday get well,
But end up going, through WCB hell,

Some in this world, the laws they abide,
They beg and they plead, WCB throws them aside,
When the government ignores, and says they won't help,
The poor injured worker, let's out a yelp,
As they lay there wondering, how to live without pride,
The poor disabled worker, commits suicide...........

A parade in each major city, used as a protest, calmly and clearly portraying all of us and our suffering. Do it by the book, on the same day, in every major city and make government accountable. Provide constructive correction to Workers Compensation on a National scale.

I have a syrinx of the spine due to hundreds of pounds of plenum (large approx. 14'x 10'x 2'commercial duct work)crashing down on my back and crushing me. The fault lies with Crosstown Heating and Ventilation in Calgary, Alberta. A 3rd year sheet metal apprentice was in charge. He replaced a lift pin with ready rod because the hardened steel pin had been lost. I made comment about the safety of that lift days earlier and it fell on deaf ears. The pin sheared. The pain most days is constant. Side effects are numerous. Some days are debilitating. I have not received benefits for years. Apparently after the injury I was suddenly born with the condition... I to this day want to fight this evil organization, especially when I am suffering so bad I cant take a breath. By fight I mean non violent contestation of their deliberate attacks on injured workers.

I have a new trade now, and I do well. I have strength of mind and heart to mentally kill some of the pain and do what I must to live a good life. I do suffer. I have learned to be strong and it is now time to fight back! I am ready!
