Alberta WCB: Who Controls Beneficiaries ?

 Lets have a look at what we have so far, we have this Legislated arms length agency, which is a Private  Organization, with International influences, that has Judicial Immunity (Sec 12 Alberta WCB Act), its head Counsil who believes he has a divine calling is also the President Elect of the Alberta Law Society (good luck in finding an Alberta lawyer against WCB). We cannot forget about our favorite WCB Medical Panel, law Society , Honorary Life time , Active, Professional member to the Collage of Physicians & Surgeons and Internationally renowned "Injury insurance Specialist"  Dr.Larry Ohlhauser, MD
Now we have direct connections and I suspect will be finding more regarding the Alberta WCB "Guiding the Collage of Physician's & Surgeon's".
How many other provinces have this situation of direct conflict of interest?

As I have posted previously in my blogs, on how to find an Accountant to do a forensic investigation into my claim, that did not either personally or their Company, have a conflict of interest, as it was explained to me is that many are hired casually to do auditing for the WCB, almost as soon as they graduate, I may have been mislead but too many I talked to as to why they refused, said pretty much the same thing , as did the Association of Accountants personal, that tried to assist me in finding a person that did not have a conflict of interest.
Of which answers there were similar to the answers I received from the Canada Revenue Office, with one exception: I was told the "WCB does what ever it wants Financially as it is all non-taxable income".
My Union IBEW 424, same thing Conflict of Interest as our dispatcher also sat on the WCB Board of Directors as a Worker Representative.

Our Governments refuse to act on any criminal activities that are reported to them; either via Human Rights or local/federal law enforcements,push to much and then you are and your family can & will be subject to their retaliation, including from other Provincial Government Agencies.
If it is Canada Wide wouldn't that be considered corporate stacking of the Canadian Legal, Medical and Financial Systems? Could that be considered a hostile corporate take over of a country ?  Part of this situation brings religion into it as well.
Would not all at least be Treason ?

I am absolutely delighted that you have set up this blog. It is essential for the restoration of health of democracy in Alberta. With regard to the Law Society, I would suggest that the report made by lawyer Wayne Lenhart, that was financed by the Alberta Law Foundation, that documented the corruption problems within the Alberta Law Society over a decade ago, needs to be put into wide circulation. It is also vitally important that the examples of the Alberta Government attempting to use the ignore tactic, when confronted with examples of indictable criminal offenses involving government collusion, be widely distributed. Only then would it be possible to challenge these incidents as part of the public record. Since the media has admitted to failing to report a lot of this information for fear of being sued, we need to set up a system of challenging this "ignore" policy. This could be effective if people who are outside of the judicial districts of where incidents have happened - question the government using formal methods. I have found far too much evidence of lawyers and police being willing to go along with the policy of silence rather than challenging the perpetrators and enablers. I could not have written it better myself Ken. I believe that there is a small group of crooks behind all of this. Like you have said so many times, The WCB is money laundering operation for the Alberta government, and likely governments across Canada. I was furious when I seen Zwozdesky and Stelmach stand up in the legislature and say that they adhere to the Generally Accepting Accounting practices. What a god-damned lie that is.

Can not walk. WCB Alberta cut my weekly insurance payouts to $334.00 per week. Dispatched out of union hall to Syncrude. All union dispatches are classified as seasonal work status. This means you are a seasonal worker and thus you will receive seasonal benefits of $334.00 per week. Have Feb rent with $3.36 left over for everything from today, Jan. 6, 2015 until Feb 28, 2015.

59 days until Feb 28, 2015. That is my start day of homelessness. Turn 60 in Feb. Our unions want us old timers to pass on our knowledge and skills to the younger members. How?

To all unions, to all members of those unions who work in the Alberta Tar Sands.

We with the combined solidarity of our unions can launch a legal battle to change our dispatch status to be legally understood as permanent employment.

We all know that we are permanent employees for the duration of the job. That's the rub isn't it.

Our dispatches must read permanent for WCB Alberta to issue payments that our wages are entitled to. Seasonal payouts do not pay union dues or sweet freakin anything else.

At your next union meeting demand that your representatives join in solidarity with all other unions that work in the Tar Sands.

We, the union members can change our employment status to read permanent employee for duration of job which will satisfy WCB.

This will benefit all construction workers in Alberta. Then WCB across Canada.

All a person wants is to feed their family. WCB seems to feel that it has no obligation to the workers that keep them afloat.

From the Tar Sand revenue created by the workers deductions placed towards WCB Alberta is a make or break fact for every WCB Alberta employee.

MAKE THE YOU IN UNION WORK and force your union to change dispatch status from seasonal to permanent.
